Ana De La Reguera, also known as Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera, was born on April 8, 1977, in Veracruz, Mexico. Ana De La Reguera is a Mexican-born Hollywood actress who has featured in telenovelas and movies since the advent of her career. She has gone on to work with some of the leading TV producers and filmmakers in the Hollywood industry. 

She kicked off her career in 1996 by making her first appearances in the telenovela series Azul, where she had a small role as Cecilia. Goliath (2018-2021)
